This tool enables any business to generate BPAY Customer Reference Numbers at a few clicks. Within the tool you have the choice to generate new BPAY CRNs or to generate them from an existing numbering system such as your current invoice numbers.

• Lastly we had feedback that printing the payments box on invoices can also be a challenge – so financial institutions have made it simpler by providing businesses with templates, BPAY logos in various formats and guidelines on how to use them.
