We have had feedback that generating BPAY Customer Reference Numbers can sometimes be difficult. So we have created a Customer Reference generator tool available via your Financial Institution. This tool enables any business to generate BPAY Customer Reference Numbers at a few clicks. Within the tool you have the choice to generate new BPAY CRNs or to generate them from an existing numbering system such as your current invoice numbers.
Lastly we had feedback that printing the payments box on invoices can also be a challenge – so financial institutions have made it simpler by providing businesses with templates, BPAY logos in various formats and guidelines on how to use them.
